TYPOLOGY:
Single-use, non-sterile type II R surgical mask.
The mask is manufactured according to the recommendations of the standard: EN 14683 + AC 2019, type IIR, resistant to splashes.
PRECONIZATIONS:
The surgical mask is intended to avoid, when exhaling the wearer, the projection of secretions from the upper airways or saliva that may contain infectious agents transmissible by "droplets" or "airborne".
MASK DESCRIPTION:
The mask is composed of several elements that have a specific function:
- From a screen organized in several layers (called folds), whose exteriors are made of non-woven polypropylene, called "SPUNBOND", an intermediate layer (filter media) ensures filtration, called "MELTBLOWN".
- A nasal bar, called nose clamp that adjusts the mask to the shape of the nose, also prevents leakage and reduces the formation of fog on the glasses.
- Ear bindings (elastic), which allow the attachment of the mask to the face.
